Privacy Policy

Data We Process
- Email address, verification status and consent timestamp.
- Optional name, phone number and Telegram delivery identifiers when those features are used.
- Masked IP prefixes in lead records plus security request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Web-server security logs may temporarily process full network addresses.
- Language, country preference and phone-code preference for localization.
- Optional first-party diagnostics such as a short-lived in-memory page identifier, page path, referring domain, campaign/source fields, form-stage events, reading depth and fixed usefulness feedback. Signup-flow diagnostics may use a pseudonymous identifier limited to the current browser tab. No free-text feedback, copied content, email address or verification code is included in these diagnostic events.
- First-note delivery status, channel, retry state and provider-neutral quote-quality metadata needed to operate the requested delivery.
- The Safety Hub routes country selections locally in your browser to official regulator links. It does not submit case files, names, email addresses or descriptions to MarketPulse.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to provide registration, email verification, educational market notes, security controls, language localization, user support and privacy-safe product diagnostics. Legal bases may include consent, service delivery and legitimate interest in preventing abuse and understanding whether public pages work.
Processors and Transfers
Data may be processed by our hosting provider, email/SMTP provider and Telegram Bot API if you choose Telegram delivery. Telegram identifiers and message metadata are processed by Telegram under Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. Public pages may request font files from Google Fonts, which can receive standard web-request metadata under Google's privacy terms.
Retention
Pseudonymous funnel events are pruned after 35 days and internal server events after 60 days. Nginx security logs are currently rotated on a shorter operational schedule. Detailed first-note delivery and provider metadata is cleared after 6 months; a minimal channel/status row may remain to prevent duplicate onboarding delivery. Confirmed account/lead data and unsubscribe suppression records are kept until withdrawal, deletion request or an applicable inactivity cleanup.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Optional site diagnostics are disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Registration, verification, rate limiting and security processing still operate where required to provide and protect the requested service.

The service is currently free of charge. Donations are voluntary and do not create paid tiers, guarantees or priority rights.

We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, profitability, delivery of every signal, or any specific trading outcome. The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
User Conduct
- Do not submit false, unlawful or abusive information.
- Do not scrape, attack, reverse engineer or overload the platform.
- Do not use MarketPulse Hub to distribute spam or misleading content.
Governing Law
These temporary terms are drafted under the demo jurisdiction of Germany. Replace with the owner's actual jurisdiction before final launch.
Risk Disclosure
Forex, crypto, CFDs, commodities, indices and equities can be volatile. Prices may change rapidly, liquidity can disappear, and leverage can amplify losses. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
MarketPulse Hub does not manage funds, accept deposits, execute trades, recover lost funds or cooperate with private fund-recovery companies.
Cookie Policy
We keep cookies and local storage minimal.
- Language preference and country/phone-code preference.
- Session storage for optional pseudonymous diagnostics and form continuity, unless Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
- Security/rate-limit signals to prevent abuse.
No advertising cookies are currently used. Optional analytics, if added later, should be loaded only where consent is required.
