Data We Process
- Email address, verification status and consent timestamp.
- Optional name, phone number, WhatsApp/Telegram or messenger identifiers.
- IP address, user agent and request metadata for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.
- Language, country preference and phone-code preference for localization.
- Safety reports submitted through the Safety Hub, if you choose to send one.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to provide registration, email verification, free educational signals, security controls, language localization and user support. Legal bases may include consent, contract performance and legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Processors and Transfers
Data may be processed by our hosting provider, email/SMTP provider and Telegram Bot API if you choose Telegram delivery. Telegram identifiers and message metadata are processed by Telegram under Telegram's own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Pending verification data is retained for a limited period. Security/IP logs may be retained for up to 30 days. Email delivery logs may be retained for up to 6 months. Confirmed account/lead data is kept until withdrawal, deletion request or inactivity cleanup.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing privacy@marktprognoze.info.

These temporary terms are drafted under the demo jurisdiction of Germany. Replace with the owner's actual jurisdiction before final launch.
