Use AI as a research starting point#
AI can summarize terminology, identify questions and organize a broad topic, but confident wording does not establish accuracy. A useful workflow follows every material claim back to a current original source, checks the source date and distinguishes observed facts from interpretation. An AI answer should guide where to investigate, not serve as the final authority.
Check data, assumptions and scope#
Automated output depends on the data, questions, assumptions and options available to the tool. Information can be outdated, incomplete, misleading or invented, and a model may omit market conditions or conflicts that matter. Check the covered instrument, observation time, quote quality, comparison period and any stated limitations before relying on the explanation.
Do not treat notes as stock picks#
A note can describe broad index movement, risk sentiment or a macro event, but it cannot know a reader's holdings, financial needs, taxes, time horizon or capacity for loss. It must not select an individual stock, portfolio weight, entry, exit or broker. MarketPulse notes are educational observations rather than regulated advice or personalized analysis.
Keep accounts and sensitive data separate#
Educational pages and first-note activation do not require a broker connection, deposit or portfolio import. Avoid entering brokerage credentials, account numbers or private financial details into a general-purpose research tool. MarketPulse also avoids fake prices: when usable real or cached-real quote context is unavailable, the interface should show an unavailable state instead of inventing one.
