Why crypto accuracy claims are fragile#
Crypto prices can move quickly across venues, and screenshots may omit timing, fees, slippage, failed examples, or whether a move was counted after the fact. A number without method is marketing context, not proof.
What to check first#
Check sample size, exchange/venue differences, liquidity, stale or cached-real data, losing examples, paid-group incentives, wallet or API-key requests, and whether the page explains uncertainty without pushing action.
What not to infer#
Do not infer trust, timing, leverage, position size, exchange choice, wallet action, or a buy/sell instruction from a crypto signal accuracy claim or an educational MarketPulse note.
Key principles#
Venue differences
A crypto move may look different across exchanges, liquidity pools, and time windows.
Cherry-picking risk
Screenshots can highlight wins while hiding losses, timing, fees, or excluded examples.
Educational limit
MarketPulse does not request wallet secrets, API keys, deposits, or exchange connections for educational notes.
