Check what is being claimed#
A stock signal may imply a direction, entry, exit or urgency without explaining who produced it, which security or benchmark it covers, when the observation was made, or what market conditions were assumed. A responsible educational note should identify observed context, data timing and uncertainty rather than turn a short label into an instruction.
Look for selective-result risk#
Screenshots and result tables can omit weak periods, fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints and failed examples. Backtests are hypothetical, and a chosen benchmark or time window can change the impression. Ask how the sample was selected, whether different market regimes are included, and whether the same method was applied consistently.
Verify identity and incentives independently#
A profile name, large audience or polished testimonial does not establish identity or registration. Check the person or firm through the relevant official register and look for disciplinary disclosures, impersonation clues, undisclosed promotion, referral pressure or compensation. Registration is useful evidence about identity, not proof that a claim or investment is suitable.
Separate educational notes from instructions#
MarketPulse can organize context around broad indices and liquid markets, but it does not select individual stocks, portfolios, broker accounts, leverage, entries or exits. An observed move cannot account for a reader's holdings, taxes, time horizon, risk tolerance or execution price, so it must not be converted into a personal action.

Key principles#
No stock picks
Educational notes are not personal recommendations or stock-selection instructions.
Data timing
Public prices are indicative context and can differ by venue, liquidity, timing and methodology.
Conflict checks
Be cautious with referral links, paid groups, hidden compensation, broker pressure and selective screenshots.
Evidence before urgency
Verify the source, sample scope and calculation method before reacting to a time-sensitive claim.
